HB650 is Now in Effect in NC . . . Now What?

All I want for Christmas is....

Well... for starters, you can buy a silencer or two! You know you've been dreaming about getting one. So, now is a great time to do it.

That's not to say that you couldn't have bought one prior to the December 1st launch date of House Bill 650 - you certainly could have - but let's just say that it's more likely that certain CLEOs (that's ATF-lingo for "Chief Law Enforcement Officer") won't get their panties in a wad worrying about you possessing a "Weapon of Mass Death and Destruction". Because, for one thing, that ridiculous definition of silencers is now absent from NC law.
