Earlier this year, in our April "News You Can Use" newsletter for our customers, NC SILENCER included a customer feedback survey. We asked our customers if they would rate their suppressor-buying experience with us. The survey form used a 10-point scale and the opportunity was open for customers to leave comments / testimonials if they wished.
We asked: How would you rate your experience with NC SILENCER? Choose from a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being "Horrible. I would have rather given all my guns to Dianne Feinstein and then been eaten by a bear" and 10 being "Amazing. Terrific buying experience... I would definitely buy again from NC SILENCER."
There were almost 3,000 recipients of this survey form. Of those, 271 customers chose to complete the form and rate us. The results were very clear: the vast majority of our customers who responded were very satisfied with their experience with NC SILENCER. Over 90% of our customers gave us a ten. And most of the other 10% rated us either an eight or a nine. There were a few sevens, sixes and fives... but nobody rated us lower than a five.
And of the 271 customers who rated their experience, a little over half of those chose to leave a comment / testimonial to further qualify their ratings choice. Below are some of those testimonials for your reading enjoyment.
(Keep in mind, this was just one snapshot in time in regards to feedback for NC SILENCER's operations. Since we sent out this customer feedback survey earlier in the year, we've had many hundreds of additional customers who have not yet had an opportunity to speak out about their experience. “I was just messing around on the internet and happened upon NC Silencer. I started watching the videos on suppressor ownership and became very interested in owning one myself. Having never owned a suppressor, I had plenty of questions regarding mainly which suppressor should I buy and whether to go through the local law enforcement or to set up a gun trust. “Hunting hasn’t been the same, or felt the same since I got my silencer. I’m able to take more game in a shorter period of time, my ears don’t ring for a day or two afterwards and my neighbors haven’t complained once about the noise. My .308 sounds like a 22 rifle or something now with this varminter silencer on it. Why the hell did it take so long for these things become legal here in NC for hunting? For those of you who had a hard time in school with basic arithmetic that comes out to pretty close to a YEAR AND TWO MONTHS. I will have to say in their defense that when they finally got their shit together, they made up for the error, and over-all the experience was tolerable. I also realize that a lot of the problems NCS had was not of their doing. Dealing with the ATF is worse than having root canal surgery, and if any of the guys at NCS have any hair left on their heads after tearing at it everytime they have to deal with the Feds, I would be suprised. Fortunately there are women out there that think 'bald is beautiful'"
