It's Time to Get Your Nine on...

Over at the Human Events website, there's an article by Richard Johnson entitled "2011: Year of the Small 9mm". Whether or not 2011 goes down in history as the year small 9mm handgun sales skyrocketed... the article in an interesting read none-the-less. It's a nice little homage to a tried and true caliber and highlights a few new 9mm handguns coming down the pike.

Look for new players in the market like the Kimber Solo and an interesting new design by Boberg called the XR9-S. Mr. Johnson's article doesn't list all the current 9mm flavors out there of course, but it's enough to get you salivating. One pistol I would have personally added to the list is the Kel-Tek PF-9.
